Another day, another delay. Can’t say we didn’t see this one coming though. The new IP Horizon: Zero Dawn has been pushed back to Spring 2017. But it’s cool though, because there’s too much shit to play as is, and they at least left us with a dope little teaser trailer (check it out above).

Horizon is being made by Guerrilla Games, the ladies and gentlemen who brought us the Killzone series. You play as a red-headed chick named Aloy, who seems to be “the chosen one” for reasons we’ll find out in the story. They unveiled this game for the first time at last year’s E3, but it may have gotten lost in the storm of the Shenmue III and Final Fantasy VII Remake excitement.

The best part about Horizon: Zero Dawn— it’s the first time we get to see Guerrilla Games step outside of that first-person shooter box they’ve been stuck in. Something tells me we’re going to get something close to this studio’s full potential in the open-world action genre.
